Organizational Performance

At The Prospective Group (TPG), we work with our clients on organizational change management initiatives and business process improvement plans to ensure that users understand, accept, and utilize new technologies effectively and efficiently.

TPG helps clients analyze their business processes to identify ways that new technologies can bring about efficiencies and enhance customer service. We work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their environment, identify their needs, and shape winning strategies. TPG collects detailed requirements and bridges communication gaps that arise between developers and users. To minimize the misunderstandings and resistance that frequently accompany major change initiatives, TPG teams will formulate a pro-active communication strategy, to provide information to users and to gather feedback from them. We use performance measurement metrics to assess the progress and success of our clients projects.

TPG leverages its experience and certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management (ITSM) to enhance the organizational performance of service desks, development groups, and operations and maintenance activities.

Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency

      The Prospective Group (TPG) is currently working with the newly established Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Resource Management Division to develop a mission and vision. TPG is building out policies, procedures, and reporting processes for all aspects of the new organization’s budgeting and financial management.
