Esri ArcGIS Administrator


Location: Remote now and later Springfield, VA


Clearance Required: Active Secret (minimum – Clearable candidates considered)

An existing dynamic cloud-based Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Visualization team is looking to add an ArcGIS professional to expand our capabilities and value to customers.




Required Skills:

●   5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise GIS solutions/systems
     that leverage the ArcGIS platform (desktop, server, and online).
●   Experience with any Esri software including ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS
     Online, ArcGIS Runtime, or their associated APIs or interfaces.
●   Experience identifying, designing and implementing GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform.
●   Hands on skills configuring and implementing best practices for the ArcGIS platform.
●   Experience integrating software solutions with other business systems including datawarehousing, BI,
     CRM, ERP, and analytics platform.
●   Knowledge of geospatial and mapping concepts such as spatial analysis, map projections, etc.
●   Experience working in a cloud service provider environment like Azure, AWS or GCP a plus.
●   Experience working with and integrating SQL or cloud data warehouses such as Azure SQL Data
     Warehouse or AWS Redshift.
●   Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment and knowledge of processes and ceremonies.
●   Excellent written and verbal communications skills working in a fast-paced matrixed environment.




Responsibilities:

●   Design and lead the strategy and implementation of ArcGIS as an enterprise GIS Tool, including data
     ingestion, GIS mapping and spatial analytics.
●   Integrate ArcGIS with other data analytics, business intelligence and data warehousing platforms.
●   Work with the Center for Data Analytics team members to leverage ArcGIS capabilities within
     cross-technology products and solutions.
●   Communicate ArcGIS enterprise technologies to technical and non-technical customers.
●   Communicate best practices for building and maintaining enterprise geodatabases.

Okta Engineer


Location: Springfield, VA (currently remote)


Clearance Required: Secret or higher, or ability to obtain a Secret clearance




Position-specific Required Skills:

ICAM implementation experience and subject matter knowledge. Professional configuration and integration background using Okta or similar technology (CyberArk, Sailpoint, Ping, Radiant Logic VDS, etc.).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

●   Configure Okta to support MFA, SSO, provisioning/de-provisioning.
●   Configure application integrations with Okta using out-of-the-box connectors.
●   Support assessments of applications for onboarding into the IDaaS platform.
●   Support policy definition for technical authentication policies to be configure in Okta.
●   Work with project team members to integrate the Okta platform with the on-premise components of the
     ICAM system.




Expected Deliverables:

Okta platform and application integration documents, including but not limited to configuration guides, architecture diagrams, A&A security requirements, end user documents, and project reports.




Education:

●   Minimum of a BA or BS required




Certifications:

●   Okta (or Similar Technology) Professional or higher level (preferred)

Senior Policy Analyst


Location: Quantico, VA

Summary: TPG advises and provides analysis to DCSA on a wide range of issues. The Senior Policy Analyst requires a deep understanding of DOD and technology initiatives to provide integrated communications support throughout the chain of command to ensure clear and consistent analysis. The analyst position requires broad expertise working at the senior levels of government and specializes in integrating complex and crosscutting issues for senior decision makers.




Responsibilities:

●   Manage, coordinate, provide support and advise DCSA leadership on developing information technology
     (IT) policy, procedures, and creating comprehensive operations-focused strategies that reflect the
     organization’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
●   Develop IT strategic guidance for implementation, review Agency and Executive Branch policies for
     operational and organizational equities and identify gaps.
●   Perform planning, coordination, preparation, and support during Agency and interagency policy
     development, staffing, and coordination efforts.
●   Develop, implement, and communicate Information Technology (IT) security policy, standards, best
     practices, guidance, and procedures.
●   Develop IT security-related policy briefings, presentations, and white papers for distribution to the diverse
     user community.
●   Provide internal/external support for a variety of meetings/conference calls.
●   Possess strong written and briefing skills to appropriately communicate with DCSA leadership and
     individual managers.
●   Assist DCSA leadership in integrating information related to the IT mission and policy area and develop
     recommendations within DCSA and with external partners on operational matters related to applicable
     laws, statutes, and policies.
●   Provide assistance with current and future IT policies, strategies, and operations; perform research and
     analysis of national policy; and provide recommendations on methods to enhance the coordination and
     de-confliction of IT operations consistent with their requirements.
●   Develop briefings and talking points for senior government leadership participation in internal and
     external events, often on short notice.
●   Provide technical solutions to a wide range of challenges and develop solutions thorough, practicable,
     and consistent with organization objectives.
●   Participate in analytical studies, develop, and present briefing materials necessary for policy execution.
●   Write short-form white papers and long-form analysis reports in support of client needs.




Required Qualifications:

●   Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field with a minimum of 9 years related technical experience.
●   2-5 years of policy analysis experience in support of the U.S. Department of Defense, an Armed Service,
     Legislative branch, or a related field.
●   Experience managing tasks/project facilitation and interfacing regularly with senior government officials.
●   Ability to break down complex issues into simplified problem statements and lay out objective approaches
     to identify and compare the merits of competing solutions.
●   Must have experience writing concise analytical pieces for high-level leadership consumption.
●   Experience establishing and maintaining good working relationships in all levels of the organization, including
     customers, prime contractor organizations, internal management, and support organizations.

Tableau Administrator


Location: Remote now and later Springfield, VA

An existing dynamic cloud-based Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Visualization team is looking to add Tableau professionals to expand our capabilities and value to customers.




Job Responsibilities:

●   Design and lead the strategy and implementation of Tableau as an enterprise BI Tool, including data pipeline
     ingestion and creation, content, and dashboard development, maintaining access and enabling self-service
     analytics at scale.
●   Manage tableau configurations, Groups, Workbooks and Projects, Database Views, Data Sources, and
     Data Connections.
●   Connect tableau with data sources including cloud data warehousing platforms.
●   Conduct server maintenance (security configuration, deploying, monitoring, AD integration and
     upgrade/patching).
●   Train users and data consumers on Tableau reporting and desktop features.




Required Skills:

●   Experience building and integrating with Tableau, PowerBI and/or other BI Dashboard toolsets.
●   Tableau Administration - Create/Manage Groups, Workbooks and Projects, Database Views, Data
     Sources and Data Connections.
●   Knowledge and skills with Tableau platform sizing, troubleshooting, and tuning.
●   Experience working with and integrating SQL and cloud data warehouses such as Azure SQL Data Warehouse
     or AWS Redshift.
●   Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment and knowledge of processes and ceremonies.
●   Excellent written and verbal communications skills in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
●   Experience integrating or developing API endpoints with Tableau extensions.
●   ArcGIS experience (Strongly Preferred).
