Being prospective, leaning forward with action, defines the TPG culture. TPG’s Owner and President, Taejean Converti, provided TPG’s first direct government contract support to the Department of State (DoS). TPG and its employees have hundreds of years of experience, collectively, of successful program and project management, business process reengineering and optimization, enterprise architecture, mobile and cloud computing, cyber security, records management, and diplomatic business experience. TPG is appraised at CMMI Level 3 with excellent performance credentials in six bureaus at the Department of State: IRM, Administration (A), Consular Affairs (CA), Diplomatic Security (DS), Foreign Service Institute (FSI), and Overseas Building Operations (OBO).

Taejean Converti, Owner and President of TPG, has over 20 years of work experience in government contracting and travel services in the private sector and in support of many U.S. government customers. She has successfully managed business operations in the U.S. and Korea. Taejean launched TPG in 2009. As the company’s first employee, she provided direct support to the U.S. Department of State, providing logistical support for the simultaneous fielding of up to 20 overseas teams at U.S.
Paul Converti is Executive Vice President for TPG. His 25 year career includes overseas and domestic assignments, with a focus on program and project management, strategic planning, systems integration and deployment, and organizational change management including transforming and optimizing IT organizations. Paul served in the U.S. Foreign Service providing systems management support for U.S. Embassies. During his Washington assignments, Paul implemented
missions during the highly successful deployment of the State Department’s new worldwide messaging system, the State Messaging and Archive Retrieval Toolset (SMART). Under Taejean’s leadership, TPG has had continuous growth and has earned a reputation for working collaboratively across organizations, developing innovative approaches to new requirements, and delivering results and customer satisfaction.
a new organization that consolidated the State Department’s network engineering, security, 24×7 help desk operations, IT asset management, enterprise software licensing, and capacity planning. Paul also led State’s worldwide IT modernization program – A Logical Modernization Approach (ALMA). Currently, Paul serves as program manager and transition manager for Department of State contracts.
